Returning of an empty RE-ZIP

How do I return my RE-ZIP?
  1. Fold the packaging as indicated and make sure that the attached RE-ZIP label is visible. You just leave the packaging label from the webshop on – the packaging will find its way back to our warehouse so that it can be used again and again.

  2. Find your nearest return point. Use the RE-ZIP app’s map feature for this.

  3. Once you reach the return point, you are ready to scan the code on the packaging. Use the RE-ZIP app to scan the QR- or barcode on the packaging, and it’s then ready to be shipped – completely free!
Where is the nearest drop-off point located?

You can find the nearest drop-off using the RE-ZIP app, which will guide you to your nearest point. Go to “Map” and choose “Find nearest drop-off point”. 

Can I only scan the code on the packaging at the return point?

Yes. You can only scan the code on the packaging once you are at the return point and are ready to send it off. This is therefore the last thing you need to do before sending it back to us.

What can I do if I cannot scan the packaging?

If the scanner does not work, try the following procedure:

Use the scanner in the RE-ZIP app by pressing “RETURN” in the menu box. Keep your phone still over the QR- or barcode for 10 seconds. If this does not work, try shutting down the app and restart the process. If it continues not to work, please contact RE-ZIP and we will help you find a solution.

What can I do if I have been directed to a return point that is not there?

If the RE-ZIP app shows a return point that is not there when you show up, this is due to close down of the return point. You are very welcome to contact RE-ZIP so that we can have it removed from the map. Thanks! We refer to trying one of the other nearby return points on the map. 

Return and exchange to the webshop

What is the procedure if I want to return my product to the webshop?

If you want to return the product you received in a RE-ZIP, you must put the product back in to the RE-ZIP and follow the webshops guidance for returns.

Important: when returning products to the webshop, make sure not to scan the code on the RE-ZIP packaging in the RE-ZIP app before sending it. Also, make sure that the label on the packaging is not pointing out, otherwise the shipment will end up at our stock, and not at the webshop from which you have ordered your product.

What is the procedure if I want to exchange my product at the webshop?

If you want to exchange the product you received in a RE-ZIP, you must put the product back in to the RE-ZIP and follow the webshop’s guidance for exchanges.

Important: when exchanging products at the webshop, make sure not to scan the code on the RE-ZIP packaging in the RE-ZIP app before sending it. How does RE-ZIP work?

RE-ZIP is like the Danish deposit system in bottles. Which is, packaging that can be recycled several times by customers returning the packaging after usage, thereby enabling it to be recycled again and again.

Our solution works like this: you can choose to get your order shipped in a RE-ZIP packaging for a small extra fee. In return you will get a voucher for your next buy at the same webshop.

Important! You will only receive your voucher once you return the RE-ZIP packaging in a PostNord mailbox or parcel shop. This return of the packaging is completely free og charge.

Where do I buy RE-ZIP packaging?

The RE-ZIP packaging is available at our partners, they provide the packaging at their webshop. RE-ZIP is offered in the basket before the payment.

If your favorite webshop does not provide RE-ZIP packaging, try to give them a heads up to let them know about our concept.

What is the procedure for broken packaging?

You simply return the packaging as usual, and we will come up with a creative retirement for the packaging. It has done a big difference and saved our planet for a lot of CO2.

How do I fold the RE-ZIP packaging?

Instructions for the folding technique are given on the packaging. If you just have done it once, then you have the technique.

How do you ensure the quality of the packaging?

We do make a thorough cleaning and inspection of every packaging to make sure it is ready for the next travel.

How many times can the RE-ZIP packaging be used?

We have tested our packaging and it is possible to use it for up to 30 shipments. But at 10 shipments our packaging has saved the environment for 84% CO2 compared to conventional packaging!

Voucher

When do I receive my voucher?

You will receive your voucher in the RE-ZIP app right after scanning the code on the packaging at the drop-off point using the RE-ZIP app. You then have your voucher the moment you have sent the packaging off! 

Where can my voucher be redeemed?

Your voucher can only be redeemed on the webshop where you made your purchase in the first place.

For how long is my voucher usable?

This is up to the webshop. All terms and conditions are available on the webshop’s website. 

What can I do if my voucher does not work on the business website?

The voucher is handled by the store, so if you have problems with the voucher, it is the store that can best help you further.

What can I do if I cannot see my voucher?

If you cannot see your voucher, try shutting down the app. If you then still cannot see your voucher, please contact RE-ZIP and we will help you obtain the voucher.
